NIPPONIA KOSA CANAL TOWN

A Veranda-Like Place Gently Connected to the Local Community.

A Veranda-Like Place Gently Connected to the Local Community.
The 130-year-old former Matsunaga Tobacco Shop is located in the old-fashioned shopping street of Kosa-machi in Kumamoto Prefecture.
It's since been reborn as an inn that preserves the building's charm.

As you relax on the veranda, you may catch a neighbor's eye and exchange greetings.
Much like the scenes once observed from verandas, this place serves as a connection between the town and its visitors, while weaving a new history.
